At EpicThreadsIndia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help!
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange.
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@epicthreadsindia.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Packaging: Please pack the items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Refunds.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
4. Exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
